Knit Your First Hat Class

Looking for the perfect project to grow your skills—and create handmade gifts for the holidays? Join us for this beginner-friendly class and knit your very first hat! The pattern is a free beginner pattern and will be provided at time of class.

Over the course of two sessions, you’ll learn:

  • The long-tail cast on

  • How to knit in the round

  • Shaping your hat with decreases

This is the perfect next step for knitters who are comfortable with the basics and ready to take on their first wearable project. By the end, you’ll have the confidence and know-how to make cozy hats for yourself and your loved ones.

Cost: $40
(Supplies may be purchased at Applewood Yarn Barn with a 15% discount for class participants.)
